San Diego County is the most ecologically diverse area in the United States. Both indiginous flowers and those from other regions and countries abound. Here are four examples. 1) "Iris Trilogy" (fourth in this series) was taken at the Botanical Garden in Balboa Park; 2) "Bird of Paradise" was taken on Harbor Island; 3) "Bumble Bee on Yellow Flower" was taken in Quail Gardens in North County; and 4) "Bottle Brush Flower" was taken near Leucadia in North County.
I love the one of the bee on the flower. Amazing.
